Bowden ran the Schenectady Stockade-athon 15K in 1 hour 22 minutes, beating his Utica Boilermaker 15K time by almost 8 minutes. The historic course begins in Central Park and travels down the hill through the Stockade, into downtown, and back up the hill to finish in the park. The weather turned out to be absolutely gorgeous, reaching high 50s and 60s later in the day. Emma ran the 1-mile Duck Pond run
