Labor Day at the Saratoga Race Track

Going to the Saratoga Race Track is an annual pastime around here. Track season, as it is called, starts mid-July and runs about 6 weeks through Labor Day. Many folks from all over flock to "America's Oldest Race Course" to see and bet on the ponies. Usually, you have a chance to see some famous horses, such as, Curlin, and famous jockeys, such as, Robby Albarado.

Due to our busy summer or inclement weather (rain) we had not made the trip to Saratoga, so we decided to enjoy the Labor Day festivities on the last day of the meet. We enjoyed a delicious barbecue, back yard circus, bouncy-bounce, and saw the horses and tried our luck betting on the horses. Bankroll: $26; Earnings: $13.

Here are some pictures.
